Want to Increase Votes for Democrats in the 2018 Elections?

Goal thermometer

Fellow Galveston Democrats,

For the 2016 election year, we raised over $4,000 to send out applications to senior Democrats across the county so they could easily apply to vote by mail. The success of this effort was demonstrated by the number of mail-in ballots submitted for the Texas primary - we sent shock waves through the county and city governments with the increased volume of applications and then matched the number of Republican mail-in ballots during that year's primary.

It’s time to further expand our voting impact in Galveston county!

The November 2018 election needs Democratic votes more than ever to tell our elected officials we want something done about the decades of economic, social, racial, and environmental injustices perpetrated by the Republicans and their excessively wealthy friends. This is especially true in Texas and since the last presidential election.

The county has already been promised a dollar-for-dollar match for the first $1,500.00.
Become an early contributor to make sure we get this match.

The Texas Democratic Party is facilitating this campaign to grow the number of Democrats voting by mail across the state.  Galveston's county goal is to reach about 12,273 Democratic supporters, which we can do for the bargain price of $5,523, thanks to the bulk printing and mailing provided by the TDP.

Remember, our path to victory depends on getting our Democratic base, and those who lean Democratic, to VOTE!

As you did so generously in our previous vote-by-mail efforts, please help with our latest county effort to Get Out The Vote (GOTV) by contributing either by check or ActBlue no later than 12/15/2017:
