The Ventura County Democratic Central Committee is excited to host our third annual Progress Awards.
The Carmen Ramírez Progress Awards will be on Sunday, September 8th, from 12 - 2:30 pm, at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center Corporation (OPAC), 800 Hobson Way, Oxnard, CA 93030
