Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Vermont Senate Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions or gifts to Vermont Senate Victory Fund are not tax deductible. The first $5,800/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/ multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Welch for Vermont. The first $2,900/$5,000 of a person/PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $2,900/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/PAC will be allocated to the Vermont Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/PAC will be allocated to MAPLE PAC.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting janelli@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
