WHERE DO I STAND?
1. Kane County needs to work for all of us. Very few people know what Kane County does or even where many of the services are located. We currently pay about $300/year per household and few know how that money is spent.
2. Kane County’s budget is about $300 million. About 1/6th ($50 million) comes from Property Taxes. The rest comes from fees, fines, and charges for other services.
3. I’ll work to make sure that - #1-Our taxes do not increase #2-that our money is spent wisely.
4. Just as I have done as an Elgin Township Trustee, I’ll communicate with you on key issues that arise at the county level. Just sign up for my email list by sending me an email!
