
Debra Fuller is a native Houstonian who has proudly called Hot Springs Village, Arkansas home for more
than six years. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a dedicated and innovative Program
Manager, leading complex Human Resources and Airport Operations technology initiatives. Her current
role as Director of Community and Strategic Initiatives at Alight Solutions reflects her deep commitment to
service. In this position, she focuses on corporate giving, community engagement, and volunteerism—
work that aligns seamlessly with her lifelong passion for strengthening communities and empowering
people. She also co-leads the organization’s Pride Professional ERG.
Debra is also the co-founder and co-leader of the Hot Springs Village Coalition, a grassroots organization
under the national Indivisible.org umbrella. The Coalition focuses on advocacy, education, and
collaboration, with a mission to champion individual rights and promote policies that support a just and
equitable society. Under her leadership, the group has grown rapidly and has become a reliable hub for
civic engagement and mutual aid in the region.
A respected voice in local activism, Debra is frequently invited to speak at protests, community events,
Democratic fundraisers, and her own congregation at UUVC.
