I came here at 11 after surviving a communist genocide. I lost my dad, three siblings, and grandparents. It wasn’t easy. I faced homelessness, hunger, and domestic violence, but this community got me through it.
I’ve dedicated my life to giving back, working for Congresswoman Niki Tsongas, serving in the District Attorney’s Office, and volunteering with more than 50 nonprofits. As a State Representative, and now as the State Senator for the First Middlesex District, representing Dracut, Dunstable, Lowell, Pepperell and Tyngsborough, I’ve secured millions to combat the housing crisis, strengthen childcare, and make our community safer.
Right now, families are being priced out of their homes, Trump is cutting crucial lifeline funding, and young lives are being lost to violence. I’m running for re-election to the State Senate because right now, we can’t afford politics as usual. I ask for your support today.
