Contributions to Vindman Squared 2026 will be allocated as follows:
Contributions from a person and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will first be allocated evenly between Alex Vindman for Florida and Vindman for Congress (each a “Candidate”) up to $7,000/$10,000 per Candidate from a person or PAC, respectively. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution allocated to each Candidate will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 allocated to each Candidate will be designated for the general election. However, if a Candidate’s primary election has already occurred, the first $3,500/$5,000 allocated to that Candidate will be designated for use in the Candidate’s general election. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement after the 2026 primary elections f of all participating candidate committees have occurred shall be as follows: Contributions from a person and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will first be allocated evenly between Alex Vindman for Florida and Vindman for Congress (each a “Candidate”) up to $3,500/$5,000 per Candidate from a person or PAC, respectively, and designated for the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting info@alexvindman.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
