It's official, ViT is a 501c3 charitable organization! We've worked hard to get here and are excited to be able to fundraise as a tax exempt organization.


This is where your donation goes to:


  • Pay our former volunteers turned full-time employees.
  • Cover costs related to registering as a nonprofit in Venezuela and Argentina. 
  • Invest in tools and systems to help us scale and streamline our operations (Zoom, Mailchimp, Instructure, Asana and more).
  • Invest in merchandise which we can sell to help us cover future costs. 
  • Hire additional employees to support our growth.


To date, we have: 

  • Grown our community to 1500+ Venezuelan women worldwide, 650+ active members and volunteers.
  • Built four core programs that our members can benefit from: Mentoring, Academy, Employment, and Escuelita ( designed to teach young girls in Venezuela the basics of programming, design, testing and marketing).
  • Reached women in more than 12 countries.
  • Recruited 30 ambassadors who run our different programs, as coordinators. 
  • Converted 2 mentees who started as volunteers and are now our first contractors. 
  • Trained 120 young girls through our Escuelita program in Venezuela. 
  • Helped dozens of members find new jobs and break into tech.
