Join Des Moines City Councilmember At-Large, Carl Voss on Thursday, August 12th from 5-7PM for a special Ice Cream Social! We'll have special surprise flavors from some of your favorite local spots from the metro area, like the Outside Scoop, Black Cat, and the Classic Custard Shop.
