Vote Forward

Vote Forward is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization working to boost voter turnout and voter registration among voters from traditionally underrepresented communities in the electorate.

A portion of our efforts is devoted to political activities, helping to boost turnout specifically among Democrats.

We build and operate tools to coordinate volunteers to send "Please Vote!" and "Please Register!" letters in the mail.

We've shown in numerous randomized controlled trials that our handwritten letters are one of the most effective known voter turnout tactics.

In 2020, we organized an extraordinary community of more than 200,000 volunteers to send 17.6 million letters to voters in 20 critical states before the November election, followed by another 2.6 million letters to Georgia in advance of the crucial January 5, 2021 runoff.

Your support helps keep the operation running so we can provide this platform to our volunteers, keep experimenting to refine and improve our methods, and continue setting and meeting ambitious goals. THANK YOU!

After making a recurring donation, please provide your mailing address through the Google form on your ActBlue thank you page so we can send a sticker your way as a thank you. (Offer valid through July 31, 2022 while supplies last.)

If you are interested in contributing more than $10,000, please contact Adam Blackwell at ablackwell@votefwd.org.
