A New, Diverse Voice for Wakefield
My name is Mehreen Butt and I am running for Wakefield Selectman. I chose to move to the Greenwood section of Wakefield because of its great businesses, strong school system, natural resources and public transportation. My career as an attorney has been to help people with policy issues in health care and poverty issues. I have dedicated my professional career to helping those without a voice and using my skills to advocate for improvements at the state and national level.
Now is the opportunity to help members of my own community. Like many of you, I am proud of Wakefield and the progress we have made in our community. However, I know we still have many opportunities for improvement.
Please donate so I can be a new, diverse voice on Wakefield's Board of Selectman.
