I'm a small business owner of a marketing consulting firm that works with social and progressive causes and issues, and organizes community events large and small.

As a community organizer, I've mobilized diverse communities with diverse interests and skills. I have harnessed my facilitation and negotiation skills that led to successful outcomes and solutions, bringing people together to accomplish big things.

I'm running because our city is facing challenges that I know we can solve together. We need to create a strategic plan for COVD recovery that matches the local priorities of the people.

Our climate crisis demands that we build a city that is a model for how to address climate change, and provide a healthy environment for our people.

Our current economic ecosystem is bleak for small independent businesses. COVID has shown us the people most at risk have been women, people of color, and workers in the service industries. I will support a thriving local economic ecosystem at every phase of the business cycle to support the needs of small and independent businesses.

And finally, there are new reports that show our Black residents are being pushed out of the City through a combination of underinvesting in Black students, ignoring housing affordability, and the persistence of the growing wealth gap. I will fight to combat the student achievement gap, and no Black family should be pushed out because our housing policy prioritizes developers over residents. We need to create more equitable pathways to financial security for families who are being left behind in Cambridge.

It’s going to take a village to tackle the striking inequities we currently face and to plan for our future. I would love for you to join me in championing these issues by supporting my campaign for City Council!
