Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contribution limits have been updated for the 2023 and 2024 calendar years based on Tenn. Code Ann. § 2-10-301. The maximum contribution per person is $1,800. The maximum contribution per PAC organization is $9,400.
