On November 4, Pennsylvanians will vote in one of the most important statewide races in the country to determine the fate of Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court. Pennsylvanians will be asked to vote on the retention of three fair, experienced, and principled Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices—Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht.
Three “YES” votes will protect our fair and independent court, while a vote “No” could open up the court to be filled with MAGA extremists who will sell out Pennsylvanians in favor of billionaires.

Why These Justices Matter
Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht have consistently upheld the law with integrity and
independence. They have served the people of Pennsylvania — not special interests — and have
demonstrated a strong commitment to protecting the freedoms and futures of hardworking
Pennsylvanians.
