By electing prochoice mayors and city council members, Arizona cities can follow the lead of the Tucson city council that passed a bill instructing the police department not to arrest people violating abortion restrictions. And winning judges and District Attorneys' seats means they can decide not to prosecute draconian abortion cases brought before them.
