Our reproductive freedom is in danger, and we need your help registering and turning out more prochoice voters in Michigan and Ohio. 

This election is critical to protecting our reproductive freedoms. • Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Attorney General Dana Nessel who can serve as a check on the Republican-controlled Michigan State Legislature and ensure that a 1931 law outlawing abortion doesn’t go back into effect in the wake of the Dobbs ruling
• Tim Ryan — who would give Democrats in the Senate one more vote to move ahead on critical issues to protect abortion rights nationally
• Nan Whaley — who would give abortion rights advocates a supporter in the Governor’s Mansion. Whaley has said, if she wins, she will to lead a ballot initiative to write Roe’s protections into the Ohio Constitution! 

Turning out prochoice voters will be critical to passing a ballot initiative to amend the Michigan state Constitution to enshrine access to reproductive rights, and if we flip control of the Ohio State Supreme Court to majority Democrats, we could finally overturn Ohio’s “heartbeat law.”

By electing prochoice champions on the local, state, and county levels, our leaders can decriminalize abortion in their municipalities. And winning judges and District Attorneys' seats means they can decide not to prosecute draconian abortion cases brought before them.
