Join VSA's Anxiety Relief Program

We started the Anxiety Relief Program to fund the grassroots organizations, campaigns, and voter protection efforts that are too often overlooked. In 2024, because of our donors’ generosity, ARP raised $3.7 million. That funding supported over 67 partner organizations in 14 states, 36 down-ballot candidates, 45 U.S. House campaigns, and seven U.S. Senate campaigns.

While the presidential campaign and its allied organizations raised more than a billion dollars, the rising tide didn’t lift all boats – and after Trump’s re-election, the stakes have never been higher. We need programs like the Anxiety Relief Program to protect the progress we’ve made and fight harder than ever to support grassroots organizations and elect leaders who will stand up for all of us at every level of government.

That’s why we’re evolving ARP to meet this moment. We’re doubling down on what worked while making some important changes:

• Continued grassroots grants: Supporting local organizations that empower marginalized communities and protect democracy.
• Expanding VSA programs: Funding essential initiatives like Organize or Else to build long-term volunteer infrastructure and push back against the dangerous Trump agenda.
• Strategic investments: Ensuring resources are available to tackle the challenges of today and those emerging ahead of 2025 and beyond.
