Our bylaws state that "All 18th Legislative District (18LD) residents who are registered voters or who are under the age of 18 and intend to register when eligible; and who declare themselves to be a Democrat are eligible to be members of the 18th Legislative District Democratic Central Committee." (Article 3.1)
Our Annual Membership Dues are $25. After paying the dues and a fifteen (15) day waiting period the member may vote in party matters, except the votes expressly prescribed in the RWCs limited to Elected & Appointed Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs).
Each individual member needs to pay their own dues. For example, spouses must pay their dues separately per WA PDC rules.
