Any United States citizen (or lawfully admitted permanent resident) can use this form to securely donate regardless of where they live. You do not need to live or vote in the 40th LD to donate.
If you live or vote in the 40th LD and would like to become a member of our organization, membership dues are only $10/year. You are not required to pay these dues to have meaningful and valued participation in our organization. Paying these dues will allow you to vote during our meetings.
Membership fee waivers are available on a no-questions-asked, 'honor system' basis for seniors, those without citizenship, those with DACA, and those on a fixed- or low-income. If you would like a fee waiver, please contact 40thdems@gmail.com with your full name, email, and phone number.

- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
