Thank you for deciding to become a voting member of, or renew your membership in, the 5th Legislative District Democrats of Washington State.

The single payment amount should be correctly filled in. If you switch to a monthly payment, please adjust as required.

Option to pay monthly.
To sustain your annual membership over time, or to spread out your dues payment, you can opt to pay $10 (or more) per month for either the Individual or Household Membership. We appreciate a twelve-month commitment for this monthly option.
Option to pay more. Make a greater impact by increasing your membership contribution by adjusting the amount.
Option to pay less. The inability to pay is not a barrier to membership. Pay what you can by adjusting the amount or contact membership@5thdems.org.
Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
I declare that all individuals included in this contribution are Democrats.
