If you are joining the Caucus for the first time, you will be eligible to vote after you have been a member for 30 days. Dues years run from the close of our late January meeting until the close of the meeting held in late January of the following year.

  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
