Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

6. I am making this contribution voluntarily and I have not received anything of value in return for this contribution.
7. I understand that making false statement is a violation of the law.
DC Code § 1–1163.38 (a). Constituent services: "No person shall make any contribution that exceeds $500.00 per calendar year;"
DC Code § 3011.39 A covered contractor who is seeking or holding a contract, with the Council, that must come before the Council for its approval, or otherwise be approved by the Council legislatively to take effect shall not contribute to the following prohibited recipients:
(d) Any constituent-service program affiliated with a Councilmember.
