Boston Ward 21 Democratic Committee Membership Dues and Donation Form

Thank you for supporting the Boston Ward 21 Democratic Committee.


Annual Membership Dues are $25 due starting January 1st or upon election or appointment and cover membership dues for the calendar year for all elected or appointed Ward 21 Democratic Committee Voting Members.

Your donations and annual membership dues help us engage with our community, organize events, and support Democratic candidates and causes at the local level. Our ward is made up of parts of Fenway, Allston, and Brighton neighborhoods of Boston!

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
