Apply to be a Ward 5 Delegate to the DC Democratic State Convention

As a member of Ward 5 Democrats delegation, you will be responsible for shaping the DC Democratic Party's platform and joining in caucus for the selection of our delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Each ward will have a delegation of eighty (80) DC Democrats plus five (5) alternates.


All DC Democrats are invited to participate as Ward Delegates.


Checks, cash, and money orders are also accepted and can be made out to the Ward 5 Democrats. The deadline for registration is April 1.

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
