- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
- Corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations are prohibited from contributing more than $1,000 per calendar year, directly or indirectly, to a political party, candidate for
office or political committee.
Your contributions in support of state entities in Mississippi are made to ActBlue Mississippi, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue Mississippi's governing board.
