The Way to Lead strategy:

2) Supports the grassroots leaders doing deep, relational organizing in key states -- the trusted messengers to move millions of voters to the polls.


3) Delivers creative, inspirational and persuasive content to voters of all races with a vision of a functional, thriving, and diverse American democracy.


We work in swing states that will decide Presidential, U.S. Senate, Congressional and state power for the foreseeable future, including: Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Texas, Minnesota, Nevada, Colorado and Virginia.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Way to Lead State Power Committee will be allocated as follows: 2.5% of each contribution will be allocated to the contribution account of Way to Lead, 2.5% of each contribution will be allocated to the non-contribution account of Way to Lead, 2.5% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead AZ, 1.5% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead CO, 26.25% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead FL, 8.0% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead GA, 4.5% of each contribution will allocated to Way to Lead MN, 10.0% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead NC, 16.0% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead PA, and 26.25% of each contribution will be allocated to Way to Lead TX. Should this allocation formula result in a contribution to any given participant that would exceed that participant's applicable contribution limit or $50,000, any amount exceeding the lower of the applicable contribution limit or $50,000 shall be distributed to the contribution account of Way to Lead up to the amount of the applicable contribution limit of Way to Lead; any amount that would exceed the contribution limit of Way to Lead shall then be distributed to the non-contribution account of Way to Lead. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jorge@tmwcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
