The Democratic Committee of Warren County Fall Dinner

HARVEST OF HOPE GALA

The Democratic Committee of Warren County (DCWC) is sponsoring this exciting event called the Harvest of Hope Gala. This event is a fundraiser, a community-building event, and an opportunity to rally the midterm vote.

Guests will enjoy a savory dinner catered by the exquisitely appointed Conewango Club in downtown Warren on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:30 during the final peak of the autumn season. While sharing an elegant evening dinner with friends, those who attend will learn more about the upcoming election.

People of all political party affiliations are welcome. With lively music, trusted fellowship, and supportive camaraderie, the Harvest of Hope Gala will provide an energetic boost for all who attend the event. Guests will engage in positive conversations, hear speakers describe critical issues affecting the ballots, and learn about the Democratic platform and candidates.

One of the goals for the evening is to encourage more voters to get involved in this year’s election. Our Democratic community is really growing, and we now have 30 committee members. During the Harvest of Hope Gala, we will introduce the newly elected committee members, and encourage guests to be part of our positive movement. Moving forward, we plan to promote our platform and continue to develop an even more active community. To complement the program, we have speakers addressing critical issues.

Two of the guest speakers are Pennsylvania candidates. Ray Bilger, candidate for US House District 15, will share his vision and answer questions. Also, Destiny Howard, candidate for PA House of Representatives 65th District, will present her views. Another guest speaker is Jaime Kinder, Mayor of Meadville.  In addition, Jacob Devereaux, the dynamic, newly elected Chair of the Democratic Committee of Warren County, will reiterate how important it is for the community of Democrats to get involved.

The upcoming election not only involves voting for the US Congress District 15 and PA 65th District State Representative, but also the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and PA Lieutenant Governor. Therefore, many yard signs and campaign materials for Governor Josh Shapiro as well as other candidates will be available for participants to take.

Harvest of Hope Gala has the theme of “harvesting” the following areas:

community - building a stronger and united Democratic community base in Warren County,

information and views - informing voters about the Democratic platform, as well as sharing views and ideas on certain issues;

skill sets - finding out what people like and can do;

campaign involvement and volunteers - offering multiple opportunities to sign up; and finally, finances - having a final “Top off the Top Hat!” Indeed, the event will be a healthy harvest!

MENU

The menu for the evening is braised beef au jus or succulent chicken piccata, which also includes a salad, Yukon mashed potatoes, and green beans almondine. Special dietary options will also be available with advance notice. There will be a variety of delicious homemade desserts. Soft drinks and coffee/tea will be available, as well as a cash bar.
