As a battle-tested candidate who ran two competitive campaigns in 2019 and 2021, and helped flip the House in 2023, Dan knows how to win. In his role as Campaigns Chair for the House Democratic Caucus, Dan is coordinating the fight to expand the Democratic majority.

In 2023, we successfully flipped the Virginia House of Delegates with a Republican sitting in the governor's mansion — the first time Democrats had done so in sixty years. In 2025, we picked up 13 new Democratic seats, delivering a historic 64-seat majority, our largest since 1987 and a majority no one thought was achievable.
