Welead OC is dedicated to developing leaders, helping them step confidently into their power, embrace their unique strengths, and assert their voices.
Whether they're launching campaigns for local city council or school board seats, leading grassroots movements or working as campaign professionals driving candidates to victory, we're here to support Welead OC's network of Progressive women Democrats every step of the way.
Welead OC's mission goes beyond building a strong coalition of women candidates and activists --- we aim to create a safe, supportive community where Progressive women Democrats can thrive. Welead OC is about more than politics --- it's about empowering women to lead, inspire and transform their communities.
Every election cycle since 2015, Welead OC has hosted comprehensive 4-day, free training series, virtually and in-person, tailored specifically for Progressive Women Democrats running for local city council and school board seats, as well as those who want to organize within their communities and for those who want to work as campaign professionals.

- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
