This is Democrats' year in Missouri, but the battle's not won yet.
This year there are no Senate or gubernatorial candidates at the top of the ticket. And national Democrats aren't going to save us either. If we want to capitalize on the incredible momentum Democrats are generating all across this state, we need to do it ourselves.

Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Wellman Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of each contribution from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to Wellman for Missouri for the General Election. The next $10,000 from a person or non-multicandidate committee will be allocated to the federal account of the Missouri Democratic State Committee (Federal).
The first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Wellman for Missouri for the General Election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate political committee will be allocated to the federal account of the Missouri Democratic State Committee (Federal).
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting wellman@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
