Support the Kathy Pasquina Civic Engagement Scholarship Program

The West Newbury Democratic Town Committee is proud to sponsor the Kathy Pasquina Civic Engagement Scholarship program. Each year the scholarship program provides a $1000 one-time scholarship to a graduating senior from Pentucket Regional, Whittier Vocational Technical, or Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School. The recipient must be attending a two or four year accredited college or university and incurring costs for attendance. Honoring our long time committee chair, Kathy Pasquina, the program recognizes students who have demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and activities that enhance our community.

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
