Women for the Win: Support our Federal Candidates!

Do you want to see more female leaders in Congress? So do we. Women for the Win is a volunteer coalition of media professionals who are working to get more women elected to public office.

WFTW candidates have the drive, the innovation, and the passion to lead us toward a better future. But in order to implement their plans and represent YOU, they need your help! Many of our candidates refuse to take corporate PAC money, because they are dedicated to the people, not the corporations. This means they rely solely on grassroots fundraising to keep their campaigns afloat. Politicians like Bernie Sanders and AOC prove this fundraising model can work, and it’s possible to run a successful campaign without corporate funds.

However, money does matter. In 2018, the average winning House campaign raised $2,056,494 while the average losing House campaign raised only $959,794. Similarly, the average winning Senate campaign raised $15,753,167 while the average losing Senate campaign raised $9,976,736.

Your donation brings our candidates one step closer to winning their elections and helping bring more equity to our government.
