The time is ripe to push homophobic bigots out of office and replace them with folks dedicated to granting GLBT citizens full equality in all things. DOMA needs repealing, DADT needs overturning and a trans-inclusive ENDA needs enacting NOW! All polling nationwide shows the next generation of Americans very much blind to sexual orientation. It is time the democrats gave the GLBT drive for full inclusion in every segment of society the same priority they gave the racial civil rights struggle 50 years ago. It is also time they disowned their own members who still hold on to the notion that GLBT citizens can be treated as second class citizens!
