HOPE has a vision for an Indiana that is a battleground state, where parties and elected officials have to compete for hearts, minds, and votes.

Indiana has failed to make sustained investments in field organizing, community building, and expanding the electorate at the scale needed. This has forced grassroots organizations, constituent caucuses, and campaigns to carry the bulk of Indiana's organizing work. 

HOPE is focused on solving this problem by creating effective ways to ensure that the voices of everyone are heard and organized to expand our voting electorate. We will organize and energize Hoosiers to have sufficient power to advance issues and create a better life for you and your family. 

We have seen year-round organizing efforts work across the nation, in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Michigan. These efforts have helped elect Joe Biden as our President and gave us a Democrat majority in the Senate.
