Protect Abortion Access in Wisconsin
As Republicans in the state legislature and in our nation's Capitol chip away at access to abortion, Representative Lisa Subeck is fighting back.
With an abortion case currently pending before the conservative-controlled Supreme Court, the end to Roe could be near. And Roe v. Wade is the only thing currently keeping abortion legal in Wisconsin.
If Roe v. Wade is overturned, abortion would be immediately illegal in Wisconsin. That is why Lisa has introduced the Abortion Rights Preservation Act to repeal Wisconsin's criminal abortion ban.
