Restore Roe in Wisconsin
One year has passed since the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade, upending nearly 50 years of our freedom to choose safe and legal abortion. Abortion services in Wisconsin have ceased because of an abortion ban still on our books from nearly 175 years ago.
We are working to change this, and I need your help. My Democratic colleagues and I have introduced the Restore Roe Act to repeal our archaic criminal abortion ban.
