William Lawrence is a principled progressive leader, an architect of the Green New Deal, co-founder of the Sunrise Movement, and Democratic candidate for U.S. House to flip Michigan's 7th District. This is one of the most critical races in the whole country to win back the House and stop the president's agenda.


He is running to prove that a working-class, anti-war, people-powered movement can win anywhere, even in a tough Midwestern swing district. From good housing and healthcare, to opposing war and speaking truth to power, he is ready to fight for Michigan’s 7th Congressional District.
