Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
  5. I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions to the Wolverine Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Contributions to Wolverine Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $21,200 of each contribution of each contribution from a person and the first $30,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated 50% to the DCCC and 50% as follows: the first $2,800 from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee to Debbie Dingell for Congress for use in the primary election; the next $2,800/$5,000 to Debbie Dingell for Congress for use in the general election; and the remaining $5,000 to Wolverine PAC. The next $24,900 from a person will be allocated to the DCCC. All amounts in excess of these amounts, up to the legal limits, will be allocated to the DCCC's building account or recount and other legal proceedings account. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting taryn@blue-bird.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
