Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to the Wolverine Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
Contributions to Wolverine Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $23,200/$30,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated 50% to DCCC and 50% as follows: the first $3,300/$5,000 to Debbie Dingell for Congress for use in the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 to Debbie Dingell for Congress for use in the general election; and the remaining $5,000/$5,000 to Wolverine PAC. The next $277,500/$90,000 will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $29,700/$0 to the general fund; and the next $247,800/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion.
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting taryn@blue-bird.net. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
