Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Wolverine Victory Fund 2026 will be allocated as follows:
The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated equally between Debbie Dingell for Congress and the DCCC. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution to Debbie Dingell for Congress and will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated equally between Wolverine PAC and the DCCC. The next $32,300 from a person will be allocated to the DCCC. All amounts in excess of these amounts, up to the legal limits, will be allocated to the DCCC’s building fund or recount fund in the DCCC’s sole discretion
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting pattie@premier-compliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
