Over the past year, Delegate Woorman has been delivering results for District 16 and building momentum toward the 2026 election. As a member of the Health and Government Operations Committee, she has focused on making healthcare more accessible and affordable, strengthening public education, protecting our democracy, and making government work better for everyone.

We’re especially excited to welcome Speaker Joseline Peña-Melnyk, who was elected Speaker of the Maryland House of Delegates in December! This is a unique opportunity to hear from Delegate Woorman, meet the Speaker, connect with neighbors from across Bethesda, Potomac, and North Bethesda, and hear about the priorities shaping the upcoming legislative session.

Contributions are NOT necessary to attend this event, but timing is critical!

Maryland’s legislative session begins on January 14, and state law prohibits legislators from fundraising for 90 days. This is one of the last opportunities to support Delegate Woorman before session starts.
