Worker-Friendly Employers was created by the Economic Justice Coalition to highlight and celebrate employers who are doing right by their workers. Employers that have their businesses certified get exclusive access to ongoing training opportunities and workshops to elevate and increase their understanding of how to run their businesses in ways that increase the level of dignity and care that afforded to their staff.
