Our supporters across the state have powered our breakthrough victories on issues like minimum wage, paid family leave, the domestic workers bill of rights, and more. And we have big plans to keep it up.
We're organizing gig workers to win basic rights & benefits on the job. We're organizing food & retail workers across for a statewide secure scheduling law. And we're pushing to restore overtime rights, expand workers' ability to enforce their rights, and so much more.
Our vision is a state where everyone shares in the prosperity we create together: a place where all workers are treated with dignity, paid enough to support themselves, and able to participate in a thriving community.
