- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

All merchandise pre-orders are processed as direct contributions to Lauren Reinhold for Congress through ActBlue and are subject to all applicable federal campaign finance laws and regulations.

Contribution & Legal Compliance
Your purchase constitutes a political contribution to Lauren Reinhold for Congress. Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contribution Limits
Contributions are subject to federal limits for the primary and general election cycles. Any donation amounts exceeding the individual primary election limit will automatically be designated for the general election. Any amounts exceeding the combined primary and general election limits will be refunded to the contributor.
Refund & Fulfillment Policy
Because all merchandise purchases are treated as political contributions, no refunds will be provided unless authorized by the Campaign Committee. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be authorized solely at the discretion of the Candidate Campaign Committee. The Campaign reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with federal law or campaign policies. Merchandise is offered as a promotional thank-you item and not as a commercial retail transaction.
Processing & Liability
Orders are processed through ActBlue and subject to their payment processing policies.
The Campaign is not responsible for third-party processing delays, banking holds, or technical errors outside its control. Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfillment if the contribution is later deemed impermissible under federal election law.
