Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Rollins Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $10,000 of each contribution made through the date of the 2024 primary election will be allocated to, with the first $5,000 allocated to the primary election, and the second $5,000 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $5,000 will be allocated to for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account.
For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $6,600 of each contribution made through the primary will be allocated to Will Rollins for Congress with the first $3,300 allocated to the primary election, and the second $3,300 allocated to the general election; after the primary, the first $3,300 will be allocated to Will Rollins for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting info@votewillrollins.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
