Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Connecticut

Holiday 2017

Goal thermometer

During this holiday season, think back to when you were a child and of happy memories you may have of spending time with a loving family — times filled with festive décor, delicious food, toys, and fun.

That’s the feeling every child should have at this time of year. For too many kids in New London, CT, however, the holidays bring extra stress. Like many of our Club members, these kids wonder where they will go when school is out. They don't know what the holidays will hold or if they will have food to eat.

At Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Connecticut, 100+ children a year feel they have a second “home,” complete with an extended family and that wonderful feeling of belonging and security.

At Club, providing a safe place to learn & grow is our No. 1 priority. That’s where YOU come in.
With your support, BGCSECT can offer
> A healthy meal or snack to lift their spirits and help them learn.
> A game of basketball, a dance class, art or math & science activities.
> Tutoring, mentoring, daily reading, leadership skills, and more... In daily afterschool programs & an amazing summer day program.

With caring adults who listen and outcomes based programming...we keep kids healthy, learning, and engaged in fun; the way children should be!

Please don’t wait. Give generously today and create Great Futures for our youth.
