Our fundraising bruncheon represents more than a single gathering—it's a strategic investment in youth-led social change across Washington state.
With David Hogg as our featured keynote, we're bringing together young advocates, established community leaders, and supporters around shared values of safety, equity, and democratic participation. Shifting the balance embodies WYA's core mission of youth leadership development while demonstrating the power of community-centered organizing. Every aspect of the event—from planning to execution—is driven by our youth-led chapters, showcasing how young people can successfully mobilize resources and build coalitions when given authentic leadership opportunities.
The Washington Youth Alliance's fundraising bruncheon represents an investment in the next generation of community leaders while generating immediate resources for youth-centered organizing across our state. Your donation and attendance helps ensure that young people have both the platform and the resources needed to drive meaningful social change in their communities.
