Now the GOP-majority NC Supreme Court stopped the certification of Democratic Justice Allison Riggs’ election.
Justice Riggs won her re-election by 734 votes, a margin confirmed by not one but two recounts. Her opponent couldn’t beat her at the ballot box so now he’s trying to win the election in court by challenging over 60,000 ballots wholesale.
