A Young Democrats of North Carolina Mutual Aid Initiative


As millions of families brace for the fallout from Donald Trump’s reckless government shutdown, thousands of North Carolinians could lose access to critical SNAP food benefits after November 1st.

We refuse to stand by while our neighbors go hungry.


The For Our Neighbors Fund will directly support food banks, mutual aid networks, and community organizations across North Carolina that are stepping up where the federal government has failed. Every dollar raised goes toward helping families put food on the table and ensuring our communities have what they need to get through this crisis together.


This is what it means to be a Democrat.
