Young Democrats of South Carolina 2022 Convention

The Young Democrats of South Carolina are proud to announce our 2022 Annual State Convention which will be held in Greenville, South Carolina. The Convention will be held from Friday, April 29th through Sunday, May 1st.

The site of the Convention is the Greenville Marriott located at One Parkway E, Greenville, SC, 29615. More details regarding reserving a room in the hotel block will be forthcoming.

Friday evening we will hold a Welcome Reception for Young Dems and Friends of the Young Dems in order to network and mingle.

Saturday will be the General Session portion of the Convention. We will hear from candidates running for YDSC board positions and then vote for those positions. We will also hear from candidates running for public office and special speakers. There will be a variety of trainings and panel discussions as well.

Sunday we will close out the Convention with our business meeting for delegates only. At the end of the day, we will announce the new YDSC board members for the 2022-2024 term.

We also have a virtual option for our friends who are unable to join us in Greenville for $25 for YDSC members and $35 for non-members. All sessions will be available via Zoom and virtual guests will have the opportunity to interact with the sessions.
