Over the past 10 years, $35 million of CPA funds have unlocked $315 million in funding from other sources to invest in Somerville.

Yes on 6 will double the Community Preservation Act funds through an increase in the property tax surcharge from 1.5% to 3%. The average condo would pay $3 more per month, and the average single family would pay $7.75 more per month.
